Our Story
Our story began in the winter of 2001, when Chris and Natalie met and started building a life together. At the time, Chris was working alongside his parents, Bernd and Rose Thiel, who owned and operated Timmins Overhead Door.
Over the years, Chris continued to grow his experience in the industry, while Natalie built strong accounting and business skills — all while raising a family together. Family has always been at the heart of everything they do, shaping the values that guide both their home life and their work.
In 2014, Chris and Natalie took the next step in their journey by purchasing Timmins Overhead Door. As a husband-and-wife team, they’re proud to run a family-based, family-friendly business that values honesty, quality workmanship, and dependable service. Those values continue to guide how they treat their customers — like part of the family.
